It helps us recognize the limitations we impose on ourselves and our art by habitually submitting to a presumed absolute authority, be it the text, the director, the teacher.
Viewpoints frees us from the statement: "My character would never do that."
In Viewpoints, there is no good or bad, right or wrong—there is only possibility. You are no longer bound by unconsciousness. It awakens all our senses, making it clear how much and how often we live only in our heads and see only through our eyes. Through Viewpoints, we learn to listen with our entire bodies and see with a sixth sense. We receive information from levels we were not even aware existed, and begin to communicate back with equal depth.

Join Hugh O'Gorman and Jenna Davi (Creator of Chakra Codes, Host, Yoga, Chakras) for a week of ocean and sunsets as we reconnect to our creative spirit and recharge our artistic souls!
Our home for the week will be at Amaru, a beachfront retreat center in gorgeous northern Nicaragua. With the backdrop being epic volcano views, the ocean as our front yard, and with their luxury lodging and delicious organic meals, we will be at ease and completely comfortable as we sharpen our artistic skills and dive into personal growth during our time together.
We have come together to bring you a retreat filled with Michael Chekhov technique, body psychology, artistic expression, yoga, meditation, energetic archetypes, inner work, networking, bonding, the best sunsets you've ever seen and more.
In between sessions we have plenty of time to relax and enjoy our time in Central America!
This all inclusive retreat is for actors, acting teachers, artists, movers, creatives and anyone looking to expand their artistic and physical expression through the practice of the Chekhov Technique and other acting modalities with master teacher Hugh O'Gorman and sink into themselves with yoga, meditation and chakras with Jenna Davi. This, along with the unique opportunity of integrating these skills in the tropical location of Nicaragua will be an experience you will never forget!
